Payment Confirmation, Refund & Cancellation Policies

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Successful Payment will be confirmed by email within 24 working hours from payment processing. This email will be followed by event information email with registration category details .

REFUND POLICY

  • 10 % of total payment will be deducted if the refund is 120 days or more before the event date.
  • 30 % of total payment will be deducted if the refund is done between 60-120 days before the event.
  • 50 % of total payment will be deducted if the refund is done 30-60 days before the event.
  • No refund is eligible later than 30 days before the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel this order within 24 working hours from purchase by replying to confirmation email with a cancellation request. the payment will be refunded to the same card used by customer within 45 days .
